THE POTAGER GARDEN AT BELLA VISTA

An expansive three-tiered potager garden comes to life on the grounds of a historic home in Fairfield. Created with reclaimed granite to match features of the main house and grounds, this garden will contain over 340 plants. Twenty different tomato varieties will be grown from seed, as well as vegetables including eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers, and fifteen different types of herbs waiting to be concocted into a Italian culinary masterpiece.  A flower cutting garden with colors that complement the elegant interior of the home will also be featured.  An heirloom rose garden containing varieties cherished by the client’s grandmother will flank the west of the garden sending drifts of fragrance throughout the seaside estate.
